Flower Care Instructions

Wildflower Project is committed to ensuring you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible. To care for your flowers, fill a clean vase with fresh water and if possible re-cut 2cm from each stem on an angle for better water uptake. Arrange immediately in the vase and place out of direct sunlight and heating and cooling appliances. Change water every few days to help prolong flower life. You should enjoy our wildflowers for at least 7-14 days if the care procedures in the delivery are followed.

Shipping and handling

Wildflower Project is an ongoing subscription service. We take pride in delivering hand-selected seasonal floral bouquets that are sure to surprise and delight. Each bouquet is hand select beautiful seasonal wildflowers that have been specifically chosen to be at their best when they arrive at your home or office. Wildflower Project package prices include delivery to Sydney metro area. If your Sydney suburb postcode is excluded, please contact us at enquiries@wildflowerproject.com.au to see if we can cater for your request. 

Delivery

We endeavour to have your flowers delivered as soon as possible on the day. Orders must be placed by Friday night for Monday's delivery. Any orders after this time will be delivered the following week. Our flower packages are delivered on Mondays between 9am – 5pm (Excluding public holidays). If Monday is a public holiday, then orders will be sent out on the following Tuesday. Each subscription following will be posted out to the same address every subsequent Monday within the terms of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times on orders. For special delivery requests, please contact us in advance to see if we can cater for your needs.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made we will discuss a suitable resolution.

Returns and refunds

Wildflower Project is committed to providing the best quality flowers and service. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order please be in touch as soon as possible to discuss a suitable resolution. If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled or changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
